yes, a moral victory, but here (I’m on NC) we’re told it would cause confusion to change, so we’re gonna use the unconstitutional maps for November. Still, it’s a step.

The court’s unwillingness to intervene in this election is troubling for me, and it gives Republicans time to mount an appeal.
