A new book by Bill Browder would be a great spy novel if it was fiction. But, this story is all too real. Red Notice details the stunning intrigue surrounding a highly successful business venture in Russia (Hermitage Capital Management), its involvement in exposing institutional corruption in that country, political retribution against its CEO (Browder), the death of a lawyer who tried to defend him (Sergei Magnitsky), and the role of western banks in laundering funds fraudulently seized from the firm.
Browder appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart last night to discuss his book. The 6-7 minute video segment is both fascinating and shocking. Watch it here: http://thedailyshow.cc.com/guests/bill-browder/4wwtw6/bill-browder

Very interesting video, Robert. This sounds like an important book!
