Commentary by The Secular Jurist: Meanwhile, three separate external reviews (i.e. official investigations by federal prosecutors, the state legislature, and the Port Authority Inspector General) are looking into possible ethical and criminal misconduct committed by the Christie administration regarding the Bridgegate scandal, superstorm Sandy relief funds, and numerous quid pro quo arrangements with political allies. To date, we still have yet to hear explanations from Bridget Kelly, David Wildstein, Bill Baroni, Bill Stepien, David Samson, and several other key figures. In the coming months, we probably will.
